Simon Veldman, exemplary in all respects to the profile of the ideal host. Simon feels exactly what guests want, has mastered his craft to perfection and does not exaggerate to create a show. His wine recommendations are perfect, the arrangements of high quality, appropriate and surprising. The wine list is wonderful, and not too large, no illegible Bible in which a connoisseur would loose his way.
