Restaurant Vermeer fits everyone’s desires, whether a business lunch with a tight schedule to an extensive informal dinner, every guest is welcome.

We do not believe in banqueting menus, each menu will be tailor made by our Chef to fit your requirements, showing products that are in season at that particular moment. That’s what makes Restaurant Vermeer so unique.

For parties of 8 persons or less you may choose your own menu from the a la carte.

Private dining Vermeer Restaurant located in four monumental 17th-century small buildings that are part of the historic and atmospheric NH Barbizon Palace Hotel. One of these four small buildings is our private dining area with the possibility to accommodate 36 people. You can use this space for both lunch and dinner; the room can also be used for  meetings, presentations and wedding ceremonials.
