Cheese Dinner at Vermeer
On Tuesday, 31 October we celebrate the outstanding quality of the Dutch cheeses during a Cheese Dinner in collaboration with our partners BOSKA and Fromagerie L'Amuse.
Our Chef Chris Naylor has put together a special menu for this evening, including a special dish he learned from legendary Chef Albert Roux in London: a variant of the Soufflé Suissesse, but for this dinner made of the Dutch Remeker cheese. The dinner will be a mix between the classic kitchen of Chris, showcasing the BOSKA food tools and the assortment of L’Amuse cheese.

The cheese dinner consists of five courses, including a cheese buffet and a matching beverage package. Reservations can be made via our online reservation system. The event is a one-off and there are only 50 places available.
