Vermeer is open again! 1* Michelin Executive Chef Chris Naylor and his team present a creative menu with refined flavours and new combinations. They cook according to the rhythm of the seasons and several vegetables and herbs come directly from the restaurant’s own roof garden on top of NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace.
