Welcome to our new Chef

After an incredible 18-year journey, our Chef Chris Naylor is embarking on a new adventure, taking on the role of Culinary Director for Northern Europe within the company, Minor Hotels. We're thrilled to introduce his successor: Tjaco van Eijken. Tjaco comes with a treasure trove of experiences from some of the world's finest dining spots. Chris, who's had the pleasure of working with Tjaco before, is excited for the fresh burst of energy he'll bring to our restaurant. Cheers to new beginnings!
