Food & Beverage Employee

Restaurant Vermeer is an internationally acclaimed modern restaurant in the heart of the city of Amsterdam. The kitchen team focuses on innovation and quality. During a creative process, the chefs transform everyday ingredients to complex dishes with pure and vigorous flavours, highlighting the changing seasons and local Dutch produce. At Restaurant Vermeer we work 38 hours per week. The restaurant is open for dinner only from Wednesday to Saturday. On these days, you are required to work from 15:00 – 24:00. On Tuesdays, the entire team (Kitchen and waiting staff) works from 10:00 – 16:00. On this inspiration day, we create new ideas and develop our food and beverage menus.
